Preferential and Fraudulent Transfers:  David has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation seeking to recover avoidable transfers.

Breach of Fiduciary Duty:  David has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation alleging that former directors and officers breached fiduciary duties, including in the “zone of insolvency.”

Plan Confirmation: David has represented chapter 11 debtors, creditors and shareholders litigating contested reorganization plans.
